Residential Property Investor Client

This client came to us with an existing portfolio of 11 properties, and with plans to grow.
We secured a Portfolio Refinance on the existing properties, which in turn released
£500k of additional cash for the client to use to acquire more properties. The
refinance loan was capped at 75% of the combined property value and had a fixed
interest rate for 5 years. Interest only repayments are available, which reduces
monthly costs freeing up cash to spend in other areas such as property repairs.
